2. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

4. Return Process

5. Refunds

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. After that time, the order will be processed, and standard return procedures will apply.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
